What the Inbox shows
The Inbox aggregates signals from across the platform into a single feed, organized by recency. Notification types include:| Notification type | When it fires |

| Reference activity | A reference accepts or declines an invitation, completes a campaign, or updates their availability |
| Prospect engagement | A prospect opens a microsite, clicks content, or submits a contact request |
| Campaign updates | A campaign reaches a milestone (e.g. first response received, completion threshold hit) |
| Assignment updates | A reference is matched to a prospect, or a scheduling request is made |
| Content approvals | Imported or AI-generated content is ready for your review and approval |
| System alerts | Workspace configuration issues, integration sync errors, or items requiring attention |
Navigating the Inbox
The Inbox is accessible from the left sidebar navigation. The icon shows a badge counter when unread notifications are present. Within the Inbox you can:- Filter by type — show only prospect engagement, reference activity, or system alerts
- Mark as read — dismiss individual notifications or clear all at once
- Click through — each notification links directly to the relevant record, campaign, or microsite in context
Acting on notifications
Most Inbox notifications are actionable: Prospect viewed a microsite — Click through to the microsite engagement report to see which content they interacted with, then follow up directly from the prospect record. Reference completed a campaign — Click through to the contribution details to review their response, approve content, and update their advocate profile. Campaign reached completion threshold — Navigate to the campaign to review aggregate results or trigger the next phase of outreach. Content ready for approval — Click through to the content review screen to approve, edit, or reject AI-generated or imported assets.Inbox vs. Slack notifications
If your workspace has the Slack integration enabled, many of these same signals are also delivered to your configured Slack channels in real time. The Inbox is the canonical record of all notifications; Slack delivers a subset based on your channel configuration. - Check the Inbox daily — high-velocity reference and prospect activity can move fast. Inbox monitoring keeps your team in sync.
- Filter to your role — Sales reps benefit most from prospect engagement alerts; Customer Success benefits from reference activity and campaign completions.
- Don’t let it pile up — clear read notifications regularly so high-priority signals don’t get buried.
