The four tabs
The Campaigns Hub is organized into four tabs: Campaigns — all your campaigns, active and past. This is the default view when you open the hub. Question sets — the question sets used across your campaigns. Each question set defines what you ask your references. Click Create question set to build a new one. Assignments — tasks sent to advocates to complete, such as writing a LinkedIn post or leaving a G2 review. Click Create assignment to add one. Briefs — AI-powered interview briefs that define the goal and structure for AI interview campaigns. Click Create new brief to add one.Campaign types
Click Create campaign from the Campaigns tab to start. Deeto offers eight campaign types across three formats:Questionnaire
New advocates — Invite and onboard selected customers to share their knowledge. Use this to grow your reference pool. Existing advocates — Re-engage existing advocates to share new stories and insights. Use this when you want fresh content from references you already have.AI interview
General insights & content — Gather customer insights about your product and extract relevant content. Most popular for ongoing voice-of-customer programs. Closed-won insights — Learn why deals are won to reinforce successful sales strategies and messaging. Closed-lost insights — Learn why deals are lost to identify gaps in your sales process and positioning. Custom AI interview — Define your own interview goals and let the AI conduct the conversation.Campaign statuses
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Draft | Created but not yet launched |
| Scheduled | Set to launch at a future date |
| Active | Running — emails are going out |
| Stopped | Paused manually |
| Ended | Reached its completion condition automatically |
| Archived | Closed out, no longer shown by default |
Dynamic audience API
For campaigns connected to your CRM, Deeto supports API-triggered enrollment. When a contact is sent to Deeto via the API, Deeto checks automatically for duplicates — contacts already in the campaign or already onboarded as references are skipped. To find your API details: open a campaign → click the three-dot menu → View Dynamic Audience API. See the Campaign Enrollment from Salesforce guide for a full walkthrough of CRM-triggered enrollment.Related guides
