1. Launching your first campaign

Your first AI Interview campaign sets the foundation. Here’s how to make it count. Pre-launch checklist
  • Define your campaign goal — win/loss analysis, product feedback, general VoC, or another topic scope
  • Identify your target audience (50+ contacts recommended for meaningful results)
  • Brief your internal team on what insights to expect and how they’ll be used

2. Maximizing response rates

Before launch
  • Send a heads-up from the customer’s main point of contact — CSM or account owner — before the interview invitation goes out
  • Frame the interview as “your voice shapes our roadmap,” not “we need data”
  • Time your launch on Tuesday–Thursday mornings, which consistently produce the best response rates
During collection
  • Send at least 3–4 reminder emails spaced throughout your response window
  • Have the CSM or AE personally follow up with high-value accounts that haven’t responded

Track the decisions that were influenced by interview data. This is the strongest proof of value during renewal conversations.

6. Troubleshooting

Improve the outreach messaging, increase rewards, and have CSMs send personal follow-ups to key accounts that haven’t responded.
Deliver insights in their preferred format. Executives want a 1-pager; Product wants a ranked list. Lead with the finding, not the data.
