Three rules to follow
Reward effort. A video testimonial takes 10x the effort of a quote. Your structure should reflect that. Fair recognition drives repeat contributions.
Keep it transparent. Customers see reward values inside Deeto before they contribute. If someone has to ask how rewards work, the program is too complicated.
Tie to impact. Activities with the highest business value should carry the highest rewards. This naturally guides customers toward the actions that matter most.

Getting started in four steps
1. Choose your activities and amounts. Use this guide as a baseline. Focus on the contributions that matter most to your goals right now — joining the platform, adding a quote, and answering questions is a strong starting set.
2. Configure in Deeto. Go to your Rewards settings. Enable activities, set dollar amounts, and choose fulfillment methods (gift cards, donations, or both). Rewards can also be configured per question set, making it possible to set different rewards for different campaigns. Once configured, everything runs automatically.
3. Tell your customers. Mention rewards in invitation emails and onboarding. Even a single line — “You’ll earn rewards you can redeem for gift cards or donate to a cause you care about” — meaningfully increases acceptance rates.
4. Review quarterly. Track participation and redemption. Increase rewards on underperforming activities. Focus budget on the actions with the highest business impact.

Make rewards visible everywhere. Mention the program in invitation emails, onboarding, campaigns, and follow-ups. Don’t assume customers know it exists.

Frequently asked questions
How is fulfillment managed? Deeto’s rewards team manages the entire process. Rewards are typically delivered within 24 business hours (up to 72 hours for verification). You receive a monthly invoice for all redeemed rewards.
What email will rewards come from? Rewards arrive from the @tremendous.com domain, not @deeto.ai. Let your customers know so the email doesn’t get filtered as spam.
What payment methods do you accept? Credit card (3% processing fee), check, ACH, and wire transfer.
What currencies and countries are supported? Nearly all global currencies across 200+ countries.
What if I’m not comfortable with monetary incentives? You can use a point or credit-based system, offer charity donations only, or combine approaches.
Can I offer custom swag? Yes. Provide images of each item (358 px x 248 px). Deeto tracks redemptions via a shared sheet; your team ships the items.
