Rewards are advocate-facing. The “Rewards” section that advocates see in their Deeto portal is separate from your vendor settings. To configure which activities earn rewards and how much, go to Settings → Rewards management in your Deeto workspace. Advocates will automatically see their balance and redemption options once rewards are enabled.

Configure in Deeto
Navigate to Settings → Rewards management. Enable activities, set dollar amounts, and choose fulfillment methods (gift cards, donations, or both). Rewards can also be configured per question set, making it possible to set different rewards for different campaigns. Once configured, everything runs automatically.

Tell your customers
Mention rewards in invitation emails and onboarding. Even a single line — “You’ll earn rewards you can redeem for gift cards or donate to a cause you care about” — meaningfully increases acceptance rates.
