Rewards are advocate-facing. The “Rewards” section that advocates see in their Deeto portal is separate from your vendor settings. To configure which activities earn rewards and how much, go to Settings → Rewards management in your Deeto workspace. Advocates will automatically see their balance and redemption options once rewards are enabled.
When customers share their experience — a quote, a review, a reference call — they’re investing time and lending their professional reputation. A rewards program recognizes that investment and turns one-time contributions into ongoing engagement. Deeto’s rewards engine lets you assign values to specific activities, automate fulfillment, and track what drives participation — all without manual work on your side.

Choose your activities and amounts

Use this guide as a baseline. Focus on the contributions that matter most to your goals right now — joining the platform, adding a quote, and answering questions is a strong starting set.

Configure in Deeto

Navigate to Settings → Rewards management. Enable activities, set dollar amounts, and choose fulfillment methods (gift cards, donations, or both). Rewards can also be configured per question set, making it possible to set different rewards for different campaigns. Once configured, everything runs automatically.

Tell your customers

Mention rewards in invitation emails and onboarding. Even a single line — “You’ll earn rewards you can redeem for gift cards or donate to a cause you care about” — meaningfully increases acceptance rates.

Review quarterly

Track participation and redemption. Increase rewards on underperforming activities. Focus budget on the actions with the highest business impact.
