Overview

Views let you save any filtered or searched state of your Deeto data as a named, reusable view. Instead of rebuilding the same combination of filters each time you need to find a specific segment of your references, prospects, or customers, you configure it once and save it. The next time you need it, it’s there — one click from wherever you are in the platform. Use Views to stay organized, move faster, and give your team consistent access to the segments and data sets that matter most to how you work.
A screenshot of the Views panel showing a list of saved views with filter indicators and a “Create View” button would significantly improve clarity here.

Creating a View

Step 1: Apply Your Filters

Navigate to the section of Deeto you want to save a view for — for example, your reference list in the Knowledge Hub or Go-to-Market Hub. Apply the filters and search criteria that define the segment you want to save. Common examples:
  • References who are active and available for calls, filtered by industry: Financial Services
  • Prospects currently in late-stage deals who have visited a microsite in the last 30 days
  • Customers with positive sentiment scores who have not yet been added to the reference pool

Step 2: Save the View

Once your filters are applied, click Save as View. Give the view a clear, descriptive name that explains what it contains — for example, “Enterprise References — Available for Calls” or “High-Sentiment Customers — Not Yet Referenced.”
A screenshot of the “Save as View” modal showing the name field and save confirmation would be helpful here.

Step 3: Access Your View

Your saved view will appear in the Views panel. Click it at any time to instantly restore that filtered state, with data updated to reflect current records.

Favoriting Views

Views you use regularly can be marked as Favorites for even faster access. Favorited views are pinned to the top of your Views panel so they’re always visible without scrolling. To favorite a view, open the view options menu and select Add to Favorites. To remove a view from favorites, select Remove from Favorites from the same menu.
The exact location of the favorite/unfavorite control may differ depending on your workspace configuration. A screenshot would clarify this interaction.

Managing Views

Editing a View

To update the filters or search criteria for a saved view, open the view, adjust your filters, and select Update View. This overwrites the saved filter state while keeping the view’s name and position.

Renaming a View

Open the view options menu and select Rename. Update the name and save.

Deleting a View

Open the view options menu and select Delete. Deleting a view removes it permanently — the underlying data is not affected.
Whether saved views are personal (visible only to the user who created them) or shared across the workspace is not confirmed in current documentation. If this distinction matters for your team’s setup, contact your Customer Success Manager for clarification.

Example Views

The following are examples of how go-to-market teams typically use Views in Deeto. Use them as inspiration for the segments most relevant to your program. For Reference Managers
  • “Available for Calls — Enterprise” — active references with call availability, filtered to enterprise accounts
  • “New References — Last 30 Days” — recently onboarded references who may not yet have completed their profile
  • “Highly Engaged — Not Yet Matched” — references who have engaged with the platform but haven’t been assigned to a prospect yet
For Sales and SDR Teams
  • “Open Deals — Microsite Sent” — prospects who have received a microsite and are actively in pipeline
  • “Microsite Visitors — No Call Scheduled” — prospects who engaged with a microsite but haven’t booked a call
  • “Late-Stage Deals — Reference Not Yet Assigned” — opportunities that may benefit from a reference engagement
For Customer Success
  • “Pre-Renewal — Positive Sentiment” — customers approaching renewal who have expressed satisfaction, suitable for reference recruitment
  • “High-Activity Advocates” — references who have completed multiple engagements and are strong candidates for deeper involvement

Best Practices

Name views for the action they support, not just the filter. “Financial Services — Available for Calls” is more useful than “Financial Services Filter.” A good name tells you exactly why the view exists and when to use it. Keep your favorites list short. Favorite the 3–5 views you use every week. A long favorites list defeats the purpose of quick access. Review saved views periodically. As your reference program evolves, some views will become outdated — filters that no longer reflect how your team works. A quarterly review of your saved views keeps your workspace tidy and relevant. Coordinate naming with your team. If views are shared across users in your workspace, agree on a naming convention upfront. Consistent naming prevents confusion and duplication.

FAQs

View sharing behavior depends on your workspace configuration. Contact your Customer Success Manager to confirm whether views are personal or team-wide in your setup.
Yes. A saved view stores the filter criteria, not a static snapshot of records. Every time you open a view, it queries your current data and returns all records that match the filters at that moment. New references, prospects, or customers that match the criteria will appear automatically.
No fixed limit has been confirmed. If you encounter any restrictions, contact your Customer Success Manager.
Export capabilities depend on your subscription and workspace configuration. Contact your Customer Success Manager for details.
