A Deeto microsite is a personalized, branded page you send to a prospect. It surfaces the right customer references, testimonials, and content for their specific context — and tracks engagement so your team knows when to follow up. This guide covers everything from creating your first microsite to sending it to a prospect.Documentation Index

How microsites work
- You create a microsite template in Deeto, selecting references and content to include
- When you’re ready to send, you generate a personalized version for a specific prospect
- The prospect receives a link to their microsite — no login required
- Deeto tracks every interaction: views, time spent, content clicked, and whether they shared it
- Your team gets notified of engagement and can follow up in context
Before you start
You’ll need:- An active Deeto workspace with Go-to-Market Hub access
- At least 3 to 5 references in your Knowledge Hub with approved content
- Your company branding configured (logo, colors)
Step 1: Navigate to Microsites
In your Deeto workspace, go to Workflows -> Microsites in the sidebar. Microsites live under the Workflows section of the navigation. If you don’t see Microsites in your sidebar, contact your Customer Success Manager to confirm your plan includes this feature. Click Create New Microsite and give it a descriptive internal name (e.g. “Enterprise SaaS” or “Healthcare Mid-Market”).Step 2: Configure your microsite template
Choose 3-5 references to feature. Deeto shows you which references have approved content ready to display. For each reference, select which content to show: quotes, video testimonials, case studies, or Q&As. Add the SDR or AE featured on the microsite — name, photo, title, and a short personal message. Prospects can contact them or schedule a call directly from the microsite. Choose how prospects can reach the SDR:- Contact SDR — sends a message as an email to the SDR when the prospect clicks
- Schedule a Call — links to the SDR’s scheduling page
Step 3: Send a microsite to a prospect
From Deeto:- Go to Workflows -> Microsites
- Find your template and click Send
- Enter the prospect’s name and email
- Optionally customize the SDR message
- Click Send
- Open the Opportunity in Salesforce
- Click the Deeto tab
- Click Invite Prospect
- Select which microsite template to use
- Add a personalized note and send
Step 4: Track engagement
Once sent, track prospect engagement in two places:- Real-time notifications when the prospect opens, clicks content, or initiates contact
- Analytics -> Prospect Microsite Activities for full engagement history
Best practices
- Send proactively, not reactively. Share a microsite after discovery before they evaluate alternatives.
- Personalize the SDR message every time. Reference something specific about the prospect’s situation.
- Keep reference content current. Audit quarterly and refresh testimonials annually.
- Follow up on engagement signals. A prospect who spent 8+ minutes on a microsite is warm — reach out the same day.
Troubleshooting
Prospect didn’t receive the email: Check the email address, ask them to check spam, or resend from the Microsites tab. No approved content available: Go to Knowledge Hub and confirm references have content marked as approved. Scheduling link not working: Verify the SDR’s scheduling link in their Deeto profile. Engagement data not appearing: Allow a few minutes. If the prospect visited via a forwarded link, engagement may appear under a different contact entry.Support: Contact your Deeto Customer Success Manager or email support@deeto.ai.
