When a customer receives an AI Interview invitation, they land on a branded welcome screen — with a heading and description you can customize in Settings → Branding → AI Interview tab. The AI then guides them through the conversation one question at a time, adapting based on their answers. Customers can complete it on any device, on their own schedule.Pricing
AI Interviews use 5 credits per question. For a 10-question campaign with 50 respondents, budget approximately 2,500 credits. Contact your Customer Success Manager to review your credit allocation.Getting started
