AI Interviews is Deeto’s automated interview capability inside the Campaigns Hub. Instead of scheduling, conducting, and transcribing customer interviews manually, the AI runs structured conversations asynchronously — customers respond on their own time, the AI adapts its follow-up questions based on their answers, and you get analyzed, structured feedback from dozens of customers in days, not months. This is the collect layer of Deeto’s research stack:

Key capabilities

Conversational and adaptive — The AI conducts interviews that feel natural, not like a survey. It listens to what customers say and asks relevant follow-up questions based on their responses. Asynchronous — Customers respond on their own schedule. This flexibility drives higher response rates than scheduled calls or time-sensitive surveys. Structured analysis — Responses are automatically organized into themes, sentiment signals, and actionable insights through the Research Hub. Scalable by design — Interview 5 or 500 customers with the same effort.

Topic scopes

Each AI Interview campaign is built around a topic scope that shapes the AI’s question guide and follow-up behavior.

What customers see

When a customer receives an AI Interview invitation, they land on a branded welcome screen — with a heading and description you can customize in Settings → Branding → AI Interview tab. The AI then guides them through the conversation one question at a time, adapting based on their answers. Customers can complete it on any device, on their own schedule.
The welcome screen messaging significantly affects response rates. Frame the interview as “your voice shapes our roadmap” rather than a data collection exercise.

Pricing

AI Interviews use 5 credits per question. For a 10-question campaign with 50 respondents, budget approximately 2,500 credits. Contact your Customer Success Manager to review your credit allocation.

Getting started

Talk to your Customer Success Manager about activating AI Interviews. Once active, navigate to Workflows → Campaigns Hub and select the AI Interview Agent template to create your first campaign.
