Overview
Every time a reference receives an invitation, a prospect opens a microsite, or a customer gets a campaign email, they’re forming an impression — not just of the experience, but of your company. Deeto’s branding settings let you customize the visual identity across all customer-facing surfaces: microsites, email templates, portal pages, and widgets. A well-branded Deeto experience signals professionalism, builds trust, and makes your reference program feel like a natural extension of your company — not a third-party tool. Branding customization is managed by workspace administrators and takes effect across all future sends once saved. What You Can Customize
Logo and Colors
| Setting | Where It Appears |
|---|---|
| Primary Logo | Microsites, email headers, portal pages |
| Primary Color | Buttons, links, key UI elements |
| Secondary Color | Supporting visual elements and backgrounds |
| Accent Color | Call-to-action buttons and highlights |
Typography
Choose from system fonts or upload a custom font. You can control font families, sizes, and weights for headings, body text, and buttons across customer-facing surfaces.Email Templates
Customize the header, footer, color palette, and button styling for all emails sent through Deeto — including campaign invitations, reference outreach, and microsite delivery emails. Add your company logo, contact information, and social links to the footer.Microsite Branding
Each microsite can be branded independently, or you can apply workspace-level defaults. Microsite-specific settings include header background, typography, button colors, and favicon. How to Update Your Branding
Step 1: Access Branding Settings
Log in to your Deeto workspace as an administrator. Navigate to Settings → Branding.A screenshot of the Branding settings panel showing each customizable section would be helpful here.
Step 2: Upload Your Logo
Click Upload Logo and select a PNG or SVG file. SVG is preferred for logos — it scales cleanly at any size and displays sharply on all devices. Position and resize as needed, then save.Step 3: Set Your Brand Colors
Click each color field (primary, secondary, accent) and enter your hex code, or use the color picker. Changes preview in real time. Apply your exact brand values rather than eyeballing — consistent hex codes ensure your Deeto experience matches your website and other brand assets precisely.Step 4: Configure Email Templates
Navigate to Email Templates within Branding Settings. Edit the header and footer with your logo and company details. Update colors to match your palette. Preview the template on desktop and mobile before saving.Step 5: Apply Microsite Branding
For each microsite, open Branding Settings within the microsite editor. Apply your logo, colors, and typography. Enable or disable the display of customer logos depending on your preference. Save before publishing.A screenshot showing the microsite branding panel alongside a preview of the branded output would significantly improve clarity here.
Best Practices
Use your exact brand hex codes. Don’t estimate colors. Pull hex codes from your brand guidelines and enter them directly. Even small color discrepancies are noticeable to prospects and customers who are familiar with your brand. Use SVG or high-resolution PNG for your logo. Low-resolution logos look unprofessional on high-DPI screens. If your designer provides options, choose SVG or a PNG at 2x resolution. Ensure sufficient contrast. Text that’s hard to read erodes trust and fails accessibility standards. Test your color combinations against WCAG contrast requirements — a minimum ratio of 4.5:1 for body text. Free tools like WebAIM’s contrast checker make this quick. Keep it simple. Two or three brand colors used consistently outperform five colors used inconsistently. If in doubt, limit yourself to your primary brand color, one neutral, and one accent. Test on mobile. A significant portion of prospects and references will open microsites and emails on a phone. Check that your logo scales well, buttons are thumb-friendly, and text is legible at smaller sizes before finalizing. Update branding before your first send. Branding changes take effect on future sends — not retroactively. Configure your workspace branding before launching your first campaign or sending your first microsite.FAQs
