The Referral Hub is where you create and manage referral programs that let your existing customers refer new prospects. Navigate to it from Workflows → Referral hub in the left sidebar.
The three tabs
Programs — all your referral programs. This is the default view. Click Create referral program (top right) to add a new one.
Leads — all prospects submitted through your referral programs. Each lead shows the prospect’s name, company, the referrer who invited them, the source program, created date, and last status change.
Referrers — the customers actively referring prospects through your programs. Click Invite affiliate (top right) to manually invite someone to become a referrer.
Program types
When creating a referral program, you choose between two types:
Public program — any customer with the link can join and start referring. Best for broad, open referral programs.
Affiliate program — a more structured program, typically used for partner or affiliate networks.
What each program tracks
Each program card shows four key metrics:
| Metric | What it means |
|---|
| Viewed | How many times the referral landing page has been viewed |
| Received leads | Total leads submitted through the program |
| Qualified leads | Leads that have been marked as qualified |
| Won opportunities | Leads that converted into closed-won deals |
Lead statuses
As leads move through your pipeline, their status updates accordingly:
| Status | What it means |
|---|
| Qualified | The lead has been reviewed and marked as a qualified opportunity |
| Won | The lead converted to a closed-won deal |
| Lost | The lead did not convert |
| Disqualified | The lead was reviewed and ruled out |
| Deleted | The lead has been removed |
Self-registration
Each referral program has a unique public link that customers can use to self-register as referrers. When a customer visits the link, they can sign up to participate in the program without needing a Deeto invitation.
This self-registration flow is designed for customers who want to actively refer prospects and earn rewards. It operates separately from the standard reference onboarding process.
Program statuses
| Status | What it means |
|---|
| Active | The program is live and accepting new referrers and leads |
| Archived | The program is closed and no longer shown by default |
One program can be marked as Default — this is the program used when no specific program is specified in a referral link or integration.
Rewards
Referral programs connect to Deeto’s rewards engine. When a referred lead qualifies or converts to a won opportunity, the referrer can automatically receive their reward. See the Rewards Program Guide for setup details.
