Deeto’s Gong integration automatically imports call transcripts into your Knowledge Hub every day. Once connected, every customer conversation becomes part of your searchable intelligence — no exports, no manual uploads.

Who this is for

Platform admins and RevOps teams who want Gong call data flowing into Deeto automatically.

What you’ll need

  • A Gong account with admin access
  • A Deeto workspace with admin access

How to connect Gong

Open Integrations

In your Deeto platform, go to SettingsIntegrations.

Find the Gong tile

Locate Gong in the integrations list and click Connect in the upper right of the tile.

Authorize in Gong

You’ll be redirected to Gong. Sign in with your Gong credentials, review the authorization terms, and accept.

Return to Deeto

You’ll be returned to Deeto automatically. Gong is now connected.

Configure your sync settings

After connecting, set up which data Deeto should pull:
  1. Go to SettingsIntegrationsGong
  2. Set your field filters — choose the call types and data fields you want to import
  3. Choose a start date for the sync. Deeto will pull transcripts retroactively from that point. You can use a past date to bring in historical calls.
  4. Save your configuration
After the initial sync, new calls are added to your Knowledge Hub automatically every day.

Where to find synced transcripts

Transcripts are available in two places:
  • Knowledge Hub — your central repository for all customer intelligence
  • Assets → Captured — all Gong transcripts land here, ready to browse, search, and activate

Potential References campaign

When you connect Gong, Deeto automatically creates a Potential References campaign in your Campaigns tab.
  • Status: Deactivated by default — it won’t run until you turn it on
  • How it works: Deeto analyzes sentiment across your Gong calls and adds customers showing positive signals as potential references, with no manual curation required
Turn it on when your team is ready to act on sentiment-flagged customers.

Tips

  • Start with the last 90 days rather than your full call history. You can always extend the date range later.
  • Check Assets → Captured weekly to activate high-value transcripts before they accumulate.
  • Turn on Potential References once you’re ready to use sentiment data for reference recruitment.
