Deeto’s G2 integration automatically imports reviews from your G2 profile and syncs them into your Knowledge Hub — giving you a unified repository of customer voice from both first-party and third-party sources. Every G2 review becomes part of your searchable customer intelligence, ready to use in widgets, microsites, sales enablement, and more.

How it works

  1. The Deeto team enables G2 sync for your account during onboarding
  2. Deeto fetches new reviews from G2 daily
  3. Imported reviews are held for your team’s approval before being published as content
  4. Approved reviews become content objects — usable across the platform
  5. Reviewers are automatically matched to existing references in your system by name

Contact your Deeto team

Let your Customer Success Manager know which G2 products you’d like to sync. The Deeto team will coordinate with G2 to enable access for your products.

Configuration

Once access is enabled, the Deeto team configures your G2 Product IDs and Review Page URL in your workspace. You can view this configuration under SettingsIntegrationsG2 ReviewsManage.

Initial sync

Deeto syncs G2 reviews daily. After setup, your reviews will appear in the Knowledge Hub within 24 hours. New reviews are fetched automatically each day going forward.

How reviews are processed

What gets imported: Deeto extracts the review text (what the reviewer likes, dislikes, and recommends), star rating, reviewer name and company, industry, company size, review dates, and the G2 review URL. Approval: All imported reviews start with Under Review status. No content is used or published without your team’s approval. You can approve, reject, or edit reviews before publishing. Reference matching: Deeto automatically checks if a G2 reviewer matches an existing reference in your system by comparing reviewer names against your account contacts. If a match is found, the review is linked to that reference’s profile.

G2 review request campaigns

In addition to importing existing reviews, Deeto can help you generate new G2 reviews:
  1. Go to Campaigns in Deeto
  2. Create a G2 Review Request campaign
  3. Target specific customer segments — high-NPS customers, long-tenure accounts, or recent renewals
  4. References receive a personalized prompt that makes it easy to submit a quality G2 review

Admin controls

  • Enable/Disable G2 sync — Toggle the integration on or off at any time
  • G2 Product IDs — View and manage synced products under SettingsIntegrationsG2 Reviews
  • Review filtering rules — Set criteria for how imported reviews are processed and displayed

Troubleshooting

Confirm the G2 integration has been configured by your Deeto team. Allow up to 24 hours for the first sync to complete. Ensure your G2 profile has public reviews.
Confirm the integration is still active. Check that the review is publicly visible on G2. Contact support@deeto.ai if issues persist after 48 hours.
Yes. Contact your Deeto team to disable the integration. Existing imported reviews remain in your Knowledge Hub.
