Who this page is for: This guide is written for customer references — people invited to participate in a vendor’s Deeto program. If you are a vendor administrator looking to configure activity types or rewards, contact your Deeto Customer Success Manager.

Overview

The Activities page is your personal engagement hub on the Deeto platform. As a reference, this is where you discover opportunities offered by the vendor — such as joining an advisory board, speaking at an event, or participating in an affiliate program — and track everything you have earned for your contributions. Deeto matches you to activities based on your profile and engagement history. You can opt in or out of any activity type at any time, and Deeto will reach out when a matching opportunity becomes available.

Earnings Dashboard

At the top of the Activities page you will find four summary metrics giving you a real-time view of your engagement and rewards status.
MetricWhat it means
Selected activitiesThe number of activity types you are currently opted into
Available to earnThe total reward amount you can earn from your currently opted-in activities
Total earnedAll-time rewards you have earned by completing activities
Total potential earningsThe maximum you could earn if all your opted-in activities are completed
Rewards are shown in Deeto credits. To redeem your credits, visit the Rewards section of your Deeto dashboard or contact the vendor’s program administrator.

Activity Preferences

The Activity Preferences section shows all activity types available to you, grouped under Suggested for you. Deeto personalises these suggestions based on your status and engagement history, surfacing the activities most relevant to your profile.

How opt-in works

Each activity card has a toggle switch. When toggled on, you are indicating you are open to that type of activity. Deeto will reach out when a real opportunity becomes available from the vendor. You are not committing to anything by toggling on — you simply make yourself available. You can update your preferences at any time and changes take effect immediately.

Activity card anatomy

Each card shows:
  • Activity name — the type of engagement (e.g. Advisory Board, Public Speaking)
  • Description — a short explanation of what the activity involves
  • Reward value — the credits you will earn for completing it
  • Toggle — your current opt-in status (on or off)

Frequently Asked Questions

How does Deeto decide which activities to suggest to me? Deeto uses your current status and engagement history to personalise the activities shown in your Suggested for you list. The more you engage with the platform, the more relevant your suggestions become. If I toggle on an activity, am I committing to do it? No. Toggling on an activity tells Deeto you are open to that type of opportunity. You will only be contacted when a real, specific opportunity arises — and you can always decline at that point. Can I change my preferences after I have set them? Yes. You can toggle any activity on or off at any time directly from the Activities page. Changes take effect immediately. What is the difference between Total earned and Available to earn? Total earned is the cumulative rewards you have received for all completed activities. Available to earn reflects the potential reward for your currently opted-in activities that have not yet been completed.
