Deeto is built around a connected set of hubs and features. This guide describes each area, what it does, who it's for, and how to get the most value from it.

In the product sidebar, you'll find these features organized as named hubs — Knowledge Hub, Campaigns, Go-to-Market (Prospect Hub), Win/Loss Analyses, Workflows, Imported Assets, and AI Insights. ## Core Platform

### Knowledge Hub

The Knowledge Hub is the heart of Deeto — a centralized repository where all customer voice and participation activities come together.

**Who it's for:** All Deeto users

**Key capabilities**

* Unified view of all customer and prospect feedback, quotes, stories, generated content, and participation history
* Company and people profiles with complete engagement tracking
* Asset library for quotes, summaries, video testimonials, and approved content
* Full-text search with filters by company, persona, industry, sentiment, or date
* Engagement scoring and advocate identification

### Campaigns Hub

The Campaigns Hub is your command center for designing and deploying Voice of Customer collection campaigns.

A dedicated continuous research program — when a deal closes in your CRM, Deeto automatically triggers an AI-powered interview with the buyer. Results are surfaced through interactive dashboards.
